Despite the fact that just about all economic indicators are up, President Donald Trump's approval rating is down.
A CNBC poll published Tuesday morning gives Trump an approval rating of 39-percent, down from 42-percent in the last poll three months ago.
Trump's numbers are down because most Americans aren't seeing any benefit from the Republican tax cut Trump signed in December.
Only 32-percent of people surveyed say they're seeing more take-home pay.
