Flags At Half Staff Today For Floridians Killed In Iraq Helicopter Crash

Flags at the state capitol are being flown at half-staff today (Tuesday) to honor two Floridians killed in a helicopter crash in Iraq earlier this month.

Staff Sergeant Carl Enis of Tallahassee and Master Sergeant William Posch of Indialantic were Pararescuemen assigned to Patrick Air Force Base.

A total of seven crew members died when the military helicopter went down in western Iraq on March 15th.

The Pentagon said the crash was apparently not the result of enemy activity and remains under investigation.
