Former Miami Beach Mayor Takes First Gov. Candidate Lead

A new poll shows the former mayor of Miami Beach taking his first lead among the Democratic candidates for governor.

The latest survey of likely voters by Gravis Marketing gives Philip Levine 13 percent support, more than double what he had in December.

He's followed by Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum with 11 percent and former Congresswoman Gwen Graham, who's dropped to nine percent.

On the Republican side, Congressman Ron DeSantis has jumped in front of Agriculture Secretary Adam Putnam.
