Austin Bombing Suspect Identified At 24-Year-Old Man

Authorities are identifying the Austin serial bombings suspect as 24-year-old Mark Anthony Conditt.   

The 24-year-old suspect blew himself up as he tried to drive away from law enforcement agents closing in on him early Wednesday morning.  

Police officers and FBI agents had tracked the suspect to a hotel in Williamson County, north of Austin.  

Two people were killed and four injured in the string of package bombings that began March 2nd.
