The Mokai Lounge nightclub in Miami Beach loses its business license after a video surfaced on social media of a woman on top of a bucking horse inside its premises.Miami Beach City Manager Jimmy Morales calls it an "actual threat to the public health, welfare and safety." He also said it constitutes cruelty to animals. In the video, a scantily clad dancer can be seen trying to stay on top of a horse as the animal got agitated and eventually through her off.Miami Beach Police are looking into the incident.
