On this National Pancake Day, you can enjoy a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7am till 7pm. All they ask is a donation to their charity partners, the Children's Miracle Network. Starla Chapman is the winner of their kid's culinary contest is a leukemia survivor. She is 9 years old. Since National Pancake Day started in 2006, IHOP restaurants and guests have raised over $30 million for their charity partners.
