Coast Guard Searches For Man Who Went Overboard Near Keys

The U.S. Coast Guard is searching waters off of the Keys for a 60-year-old man who fell overboard from a cabin cruiser.

Coast Guard officials said they received a call from the crew of the 27-foot cabin cruiser on Sunday evening, reporting that Robert McHabe had fallen overboard in the area of Lake Passage near Key West. The search was continuing Monday morning.

McHabe was last seen wearing gray swim trunks.

Two boat crews and a helicopter crew began searching for McHabe.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission also launched two boats to assist in the search.
