A Miami Catholic School teacher is out of a job. She says she believes she was fired because she married a woman. Jocelyn Morffi reportedly posting a picture from her wedding on her Facebook page. She says she was told she no longer had her job as a first grade teacher at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic School.Some of the parents are outraged by the decision. They say that the kids loved Morffi.The Archdiocese of Miami says that she violated her contract. A spokesperson says that contract requires she follow policies, procedures and teachings of the Catholic Church. For more, click here.
