Deputies are investigating an officer-involved shooting Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County that took place just hours after a man was shot and killed on the same highway.
The deputy-involved shooting happened on I-95 in Lantana, not far from where the crash happened near Lantana Road, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
The northbound lanes of the highway from Lantana Road to 6th Avenue and will remain closed for the day, authorities said.
No other information was immediately known.
