The United States' Attorney General is planning a trip to Florida this week in an effort to combat drug trafficking and the opioid crisis.
Jeff Sessions is set to speak in Tampa on Wednesday. On Thursday, he will join other U.S. officials at a day-long Opioid Summit at U.S. Southern Command in Miami.
The Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services and three other cabinet-level federal agencies are participating.
