A terminally ill Florida teen’s dying wish is to marry his high school sweetheart.
On Sunday, Dustin Snyder plans to marry Sierra Siverio in Plant City.
The teens met in middle school. Synder has battled a form of cancer called synovial sarcoma much of that time.
“That means everything to me,” Siverio said. “I’m going to be there for him no matter what and I’m really excited for this opportunity.”
Fox 13 reports the community is coming together to make sure the wedding happens, donating everything from the rings to the wedding gown and venue.
“I just want to make sure, if it was my child, I would want them to have every last bit of happiness,” said event coordinator Alina Clark.
LifePath Hospice is working to get the flowers and bridesmaids dresses, along with someone to provide drinks and a bar service.
“We’re going to be together, no matter what, forever, in both of our hearts,” Siverio said.
