A small plane with four people on board has crashed into the woods at the back of the Marathon airport.
Monroe County Sheriff's Office deputies say three of them are being airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
It's believed the Lance Piper caught fire, but it has since been put out.
An investigation into what happened is just beginning.
