Another Cold Front Sweeps Through South Florida

The latest cold front is here, and temps were temporarily back into the 40s for much of South Florida Thursday morning.

Most cities saw a 14 to 16 degree drop in temperatures from the same point Wednesday morning.

  • Miami saw 44 degrees at one point, the lowest since reaching that same number two weeks ago for the first time in nearly three years
  • Fort Lauderdale saw 42 degrees, just above the coldest temps of the season thus far

The cooler weather likely won't last long, with temperatures back to average highs by Saturday afternoon and into the 80s by Monday.
