A section of Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach was (and is currently) closed Friday morning after a pedestrian was struck and killed.
Officers arrived at the scene before 7 a.m. near Northeast 163rd Street, where the victim was found dead in the northbound lanes.
Those northbound lanes between NE 151st and 163rd Streets remain closed as police continue their investigation.
Officials have not released any information on the victim or the driver involved in the crash.
