$1-Million+ In Merchandise Stolen From Custom Dania Beach Dress Store

Police are investigating after more than $1 million worth of hand-painted, custom dresses were stolen from a South Florida Business.

Officials said a crew of thieves broke into Dania Beach's Hot Miami location near Tigertail Boulevard and Anglers Avenue on Sept. 16.

The thieves made their way into the business by crawling through a hole in an adjoining business. They ripped out the alarm system and surveillance cameras inside before taking 4,500 dresses.

Surveillance cameras outside captured a white box truck speeding through the parking lot just off of Interstate 95 and Sterling Road several times in the early morning hours on Sunday.

The manager said that with all the merchandise taken, it totals a little over $1 million.

If you have any information on this burglary, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
