Gas prices in Florida are now below what they were before Hurricane Harvey caused prices to surge in late August, according to AAA.
Florida gas prices average $2.38 on Sunday, 13 cents less than a month ago and 6 cents more than this time last year.
The state average is falling at a rate of 1 cent per day and prices for the year-end holidays should be on par with, if not lower than last year, AAA said.
The most expensive gas price averages in Florida are in West Palm Beach-Boca Raton at $2.52 per gallon of regular and Miami at $2.50.
