Hurricane Maria Death Toll Rises To 64 In Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico's death toll in relation to the devastating Hurricane Maria rises yet again. 

Two more people have died, bringing the island's official death toll up to 64, according to PR's Department of Public Safety. 

So far 84 percent of gas stations and 88 percent of supermarkets have reopened. However, only 56 percent of electricity has been restored. 

Damages to the power grid are estimated to cost nearly $45  to $95 billion.
