Police are searching for the person responsible for the deadly hit-and-run of a Michigan woman whose body was found on the side of a street Thursday in Miami Lakes.
The woman has been identified as 26-year-old Tatum Holloway. It's unknown how long her body was on the road, but witnesses say the woman was walking from a nearby McDonald's where she had been seen buying food earlier.
Officers responded to the scene near Fairway Drive and Miami Lakes Drive around 2:30 a.m.
Police said they found the vehicle used in the incident but did not say whether the person involved was in custody.
