A grand jury may consider charges in the death of a Florida State University fraternity pledge this month.
Twenty-year-old Andrew Coffey was found unresponsive after a party on November 4th. At the time, he was a junior pledge at Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.
Officials believe alcohol was involved in his death.
The State Attorney's Office confirmed the investigation on Tuesday.
Attendees of the party have been subpoenaed to testify during the secret meeting on the 18th and 19th.
