One person is dead following a head-on collision between a cement truck and car Friday morning in Hialeah.
Northbound lanes of Okeechobee Road were closed at Red Road (and 21st Street) during the fatal crash investigation.
The car appeared to be lodged under the front of the cement truck.
Yellow tarps were covering the front windshield and doors of the car.
