One person is dead following a road rage shooting off the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade Friday.
The shooting was reported on the southbound Palmetto ramp to Northwest 25th Street.
The victim's body was covered in yellow tarp at the scene. Officials haven't identified the person who was killed.
Miami-Dade Police officers and Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded and had the exit ramps at Northwest 25th Street closed in both directions while they investigated.
FHP officials said the shooting was the result of a road rage incident.
No other details were immediately known.
