Sleep Better At Night -- Here's How

Getting plenty of good-quality sleep is great for your health, and a new study is highlighting one thing you can do to increase your chances of getting it: open up the doors and windows.

Researchers found participants slept more deeply and efficiently and woke up fewer times when carbon dioxide levels in the room were lowest.

Scientists believe that poor ventilation leads to a build-up of carbon dioxide in the bedroom as a result of respiration.

Therefore, letting some fresh air in, or letter the air flow more freely in and out of your bedroom might help you catch more or better Zs.
