Verizon Wireless users in South Florida may feel a bit disconnected Monday -- as a massive outage affected thousands across the state.
The outage appears centered in South Florida and the Tampa area.
Without WiFi, many customers are unable to access their email or internet.
As of 9:30 a.m., service was still down for many Verizon users.
