Police say they have identified the shooter.Heidy Bowen is in critical condition and trying to communicate with police, but cannot speak. So she's been using an alphabet board. Cops are searching for Wayne Collier. The two were reportedly in a romantic relationship before he decided to shoot her. Collier has been arrested before armed robbery and aggravated battery.
