Gov. Scott To Discuss Puerto Rico Relief Efforts With Local,State Officials

The ongoing relief efforts for Puerto Ricans are the topic of a round-table discussion scheduled in Kissimmee Monday. 

Governor Scott will be meeting with Florida mayors, community officials and volunteer organizations at Osceola County Emergency Management. 

Disaster relief centers have been providing state services to thousands of families coming to Florida from Puerto Rico. 

Last Thursday, the governor activated the State Emergency Response Team to enhance coordination between federal, state and local governments.
