According to an arrest part, Hill appeared to be threatening to hit a 27-year-old woman with the weapon.

Hernandez ordered Hill to drop the board, which he did, according to Monroe County Sheriff's Office officials.

Hill told the deputy that he believes the woman broke into his apartment and stole his rent money.

The woman said she was at her stepfather's apartment when Hill showed up and threw a chair at the door. She called 911, and that's when Hill threatened her with the board, police said.

Hill was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.
