- Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials say a pregnant woman was shot Friday morning in northwest Miami-Dade County.
The victim was shot just before 5:30 a.m. on Northwest 49th Street.
Believed to be in her late 20s, officials say she is suffering from as many as three gunshots wounds to her chest, jaw and shoulder.
The victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, according to MDFR officials.
She was listed in stable condition.
Police have not released any information about the shooter or who they may be looking for.
