Police Make Arrest In Fatal, North Miami Beach ATM Shooting

A man has been arrested in connection to Wednesday night's fatal shooting of a man at a Bank of America ATM in North Miami Beach, police say. 

North Miami Beach officers announced that an arrest had been made on Thursday night.

According to police, 26-year-old Dillon Bud Calvin Steve was using an ATM near Northeast 12th Avenue and Northeast 163rd Street when he was robbed at gunpoint and shot.

Surveillance images of the gunman showed that he was wearing an Ecko hooded sweatshirt that had a skull on the hood. The sweatshirt had the words "Kill Batman" and "Haha" written on it.

Police said the victim's mother witnessed the shooting.

The suspect's identity was expected to be released sometime Friday.
