Hollywood police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen who fled her home and may be endangered.
Officials say 15-year-old Rachel Tupler was last seen Wednesday night at her residence on the 4100 block of N. 40th Avenue.
Authorities say Tupler fled her home around 4 a.m. Thursday, taking the family's grey 2016 Honda Pilot minivan with Florida tag G2BMS. About a half hour later, the Sunny Isles Police Department license plate reader received a positive hit on the license plate in the 1500 block of Collins Avenue, authorities said.
Police say Tupler has "suicidal ideations." She's described as 5-foot-3, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
