Numbers Are Looking Scary-Good For Horror & Halloween Movies This Week

The horror and thriller genres seem to be making out at the box office this week, with Halloween right on our heels. 

The first new installment of the "Saw" horror movie series in seven years is scaring up a lot of money.  "Jigsaw" topped the box office with $16,250,000 in its first three days this weekend. 

"Boo 2! A Madea Halloween" dropped to second this week.

Rounding out the box office top five are the disaster movie "Geostorm," "Happy Death Day," and "Blade Runner 2049."
