At least one day each year, Central Florida's biblical-based theme park welcomes all, free of charge.
The Holy Land Experience is required to offer the free day in order to keep its property-tax exemption as a religious entity.
This year, that day is tomorrow -- Wednesday, Oct. 25.
Normally, admission is $50 for people ages 13 and older, $35 for ages 6 to 12 and $20 for ages 2-5.
It will be first come, first served from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and parking is also free.
Daily activities at Holy Land, which opened in 2001, include several live shows such as “The Prodigal Son” and “Out of Darkness,” an original presentation based on Nicodemus’ interaction with Jesus and the healing of a blind man.
Also included is the Scriptorium, which displays Biblically related artifacts, some of which are over 4,000 years old, Holy Land says.
Holy Land Experience is planning to launch new Christmas season programming on Nov. 20.
