Opa-Locka Police Search For Answers Regarding Fatal Shooting Of 17-Year-Old

Police are now searching for answers after an Opa-Locka was shot and killed Sunday. 

Police responded to a report of shots fired at a home, located at the 2300 block of Northwest 140th Street, Sunday afternoon.

When police arrived, they allegedly couldn’t find a victim, but found several bullet casings on the roadway.

Police eventually found out that the 17-year-old victim had been taken to North Shore Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect or suspects are still on the run.
