Dolphins Assistant Coach Resigns Amid Snorting Video Allegations

A Miami Dolphins offensive line coach resigned Monday, after a video surfaced showing him snorting an "unknown" white, power substance off of a work desk.

The team began investigating the incident Sunday night, after the 56-second video leaked online.

Chris Foerster relinquished his position Monday morning, saying "I am resigning from my position with the Miami Dolphins and accept full responsibility for my actions."

"I want to apologize to the organization and my sole focus is on getting the help that I need with the support of my family and medical professionals," the statement also said.

The Dolphins released a statement at the same time:

"We were made aware of the video late last night and have no tolerance for this behavior," the team statement said. "After speaking with Chris this morning, he accepted full responsibility and we accepted his resignation effective immediately.

"Although Chris is no longer with the organization, we will work with him to get the help he needs during this time."

Multiple sources identified the man in the video as Foerster, who is seen using a $20 bill to snort the powdery substance off a table.

"Hey babe, miss you, thinking about you," Foerster begins in the video, before snorting the first of three lines. "How about me going to a meeting and doing this before I go?"

Foerster is reportedly one of the highest paid assistant coaches in the NFL, reportedly making between $2.5 and $3 million per year.
