The brother of the accused Las Vegas shooter says he was "completely dumbfounded" by the incident.
Brother Eric Paddock lives in Orlando. According to a report by the Orlando Sentinel, Paddock said "we can't understand what happened."
Public records indicate that 64-year-old Stephen Paddock had several relatives living in Central Florida and that he, himself, lived in Melbourne from 2013 to 2015 .
Eric Paddock said he has made a statement to police and would have more to say later.
