O.J. Simpson Could Be Released From Prison As Early As Monday, Report Says

Officials say O.J. Simpson could be released from prison as early as Monday.

Two months after Simpson was unanimously granted parole, the state of Nevada is preparing for his much-anticipated release.

It's expected that Simpson will be moved form Lovelock Correctional Center to another prison  --  possibly High Desert State Prison outside of Las Vegas, just before his release.

Simpson won his freedom during the so-called parole hearing of the century in July.

He has expressed interest in moving to Florida, to be close to friend Tim Scotto, but as of Wednesday, Florida's Department of Corrections said it had not received an official request for transfer.

Simpson was convicted in 2008 for the armed robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers.
