Republican Paul Spain unsuccessfully challenged Democratic incumbent Lois Frankel in 2014 and 2016.
This time, Spain is hoping to oust another Democrat Congressman, Ted Deutch.
In 2016, Deutch scored a lopsided victory over Republican Andrea Leigh McGee.
