One man is suffering from serious burns and more than one dozen dogs are dead after a house randomly blew up in Port Richey Sunday night.
The explosion set two homes on fire on Velvet Drive.
Pasco County Fire Chief Shawn Whited said the houses were sharing a generator, which is where the blast is believed to have occurred.
A family living in one of the homes was able to escape but 13 of their dogs, which they breed, did not.
