Kids have a chance to pick up some free backpacks and school supplies in Doral. The Toys For Kids Miami Back To School Event is today at their facility at 10181 NW 58th Street in Doral. It's a free afternoon full of games, music, and shows, including a presentation with animals, courtesy of the Miami Metrozoo. Wendy Pineda with Toys For Kids Miami says they'll be giving away 3,000 backpacks and school supplies. The event is free and lasts from 1pm-5pm Sunday 8-6-17. Backpacks will be distributed at 4:45pm.
