The Collier County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a canal near Golden Gate Parkway.
A call reporting the body was received at around 6:15 Wednesday night.
The canal is located behind a home in the 1500 block of Trafalgar Lane, near the intersection of I-75 and Golden Gate Parkway.
It was not immediately known whether foul play is suspected.
