Hot, Hazardous Weather Issued Across South Florida Through Sunday

It's time to turn on the AC, hop into the pool, drink a tall glass of water and take it easy while the heat rolls through South Florida.

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for South Florida.  

The National Weather Service at Miami says heat indices will rise to near 105 degrees going into Thursday afternoon, especially across southern Miami-Dade County, interior areas and the Gulf Coast.  

Heat index values will also be around 105 degrees each late morning and afternoon through Saturday.  

The forecast also includes thunderstorms each day.
