West Palm Beach police are investigating what appears to be the city's 21st homicide of 2017.
Responding to a call around 2 o'clock Tuesday morning, they found a man shot behind a home along the 380 block of Westview Avenue in the Northwood Hills Historic District. He later died.
Police say there is no suspect information at this time. The next of kin of the victim has not been notified, so the identity has not been released.
