'Cash Me Outside' Boynton Beach Star Facing Some Legal, Daddy Troubles

Infamous Boynton Beach teen Danielle Bregoli, AKA "Cash Me Outside" girl is facing some family legal troubles.

Bregoli's father says his estranged daughter is making so much money that he shouldn't have to pay child support anymore.

Ira Peskowitz allegedly filed docs in Palm Beach County saying the 14-year-old's a celebrity who can provide for herself, so he shouldn't have to fork $1,100 a month to provide for her.

In the documents, Ira allegedly targets Danielle's mom, Barbara Bregoli, for exploiting the teen. He says, "[Barbara] is exploiting the minor child as a 'celebrity' for the child's bad behavior." He goes on to say it "is fueling a downward spiral of dangerously inappropriate, antisocial and possibly criminal behavior."

Danielle allegedly told TMZ, "I never heard from my father until I got famous. Believe what y'all want but it's all bulls*** and I'm doing great. He just wants money."

To add to the legal drama, Thursday is also sentencing day for the teen who gained social media fame when she uttered "cash me ousside, how bow dah" on the Dr. Phil Show.

Last month, Bregoli pleaded guilty in juvenile court to grand theft, grand theft auto, possession of marijuana and filing a false police report.
