An arrest report says the confrontation started because Amanda Milicic refused to serve him alcohol because he had no valid ID. Milicic told police she soon after found Calles with a beer in his hand and took it away from him, when he yelled at her to “give me my [expletive] beer back!”

Milicic says Calles then walked to the bar entrance and raised up his cane, according to the report, and said, “I will kill you!” Milicic’s boyfriend and another friend came up to Calles to escort him outside when an “altercation” broke out.

Calles allegedly removed a sword was removed from a sleeve oh his walking cane.

The report says Milicic's boyfriend, Brandon Knight, then “received a cut on his right pinky and right ring finger.” Calles also “head butted” Shane Watson, Knight's friend, “in the left temple” and grazed his arm with his sword.

According to the arrest report, Calles said “he was not sure what took place or how he got his injuries to his forehead.”

He is currently out on a $15,000 bond.
