The Miami Heat is bringing back popular guard Dion Waters on a four-year, $52 million contract.
Waiters, 25, averaged more than 16 points per game last year with Miami, and helped aid the Heat's big turnaround in the second half of the season. He also posted career highs in assists and rebounds per game, as well as for 3-point percentage.
Miami is now expected to focus on bringing back James Johnson, who also enjoyed a breakout season with the Heat last year.
