No Stray Bullets

Miami Dade Community Leaders come together to warn people of the dangers of firing a gun into the air when celebrating the 4th Of July. The bullet that goes up will come down. That means unintended consequences with a possible unintended victim. Pastor Jerome Starling is the director of the Rickia Isaac Foundation, started in honor of his niece who was struck in the forehead by a stray bullet in 1997, when she was marching in the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade. He says that the community must get involved, and work together when it comes to stopping gun violence, before there is another tragedy. And that they must work block by block to get it done.
