A 5 year old boy is found standing in the middle of the road. The boy, later identified as Ishmael was found in the 2600 block of North Seacrest Boulevard just before 7:00am on Sunday. After going door to door in the neighborhood, cops finally found his family hours later. The incident was reported to the Department Of Children and Familes.
