A 35-year-old Miami Beach man is sentenced to 19 years in prison after pleading guilty to producing child pornography.
Justin Shawn Smith was investigated after an 11-year-old girl in London said she was asked for explicit videos in a kid's online chat room.
Detectives discovered an extensive chat history on Smith's computer using various usernames. The conversations occurred between Smith and potential victims ranging in age from 7 to 14.
Authorities say he would blackmail the victims if they didn't do as he asked.
