Gunfire rings out overnight on the Palmetto Expressway. Police say a man parked his car on the 826, then grabbed a gun and opened fire at random drivers.
Two cars were hit. One woman's Cadillac hit by 3 bullets missing her by inches. Another car was hit, that driver shot in the head and rushed to the hospital.
All northbound lanes have since been reopened. Southbound traffic remains blocked from 74th to 58th Streets.
