(Manchester, UK) -- Police in Britain are detonating a suspicious device following a deadly explosion at an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena. Police in Manchester announced the controlled blast in Cathedral Gardens, which is near the arena.
At least 19 people have been confirmed killed and around 50 others hurt.
