A Davie masseur is charged with engaging in inappropriate behavior with a 17-year-old client.
Orlay Palacio, 29, was arrested Monday after the teenager said he repeatedly touched her private parts and pretended it was an accident, and then went much further than that.
According to his arrest report, the teen went to a business called Massage and Stretch located at 4633 S University Drive May 3, where Palacio, who is also the owner, attended to her.
After leaving the massage parlor, the girl called police.
The victim told police that “at no time did she allow Palacio to perform any type of sexual activity with her. The arrest report states that she did not tell him to stop because she was alone and afraid.”
Palacio now faces a charge or lewd or lascivious conduct.
